Deni Hamilton, Broker-Associate was born in Hamilton, Ohio, but spent her early life on the move. She attended fourteen different schools before graduating from high school in Juneau, Alaska. She attended Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida and earned degrees in Art and Psychology from Berry College in Mt. Berry, Georgia. She met her husband, Bill, a Georgetown native, while attending Western Kentucky University Graduate School in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Deni has been a resident of Scott County since 1979. She is pleased to say that she and Bill have raised their four children here in Scott County. Civic activities, past and present, include serving on the Professional Standards Committee for the Lexington-Bluegrass Board of Realtors, Professional Standards Committee and Mediation Committee for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, Board of Realtor Community Housing Foundation, Chairperson & Co-Chairperson for the Scott County Repair Affair; 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, and 2005, Scott County Homebuilders Association, Early Childhood Development Council, Georgetown Kiwanis Club Fair Pageants, and the Georgetown Community Hospital Board. Deni served on numerous school and youth activities ranging from cheerleading sponsor, Project Graduation decorating, to the Toyota Classic Basketball Tournament hospitality.
